In this project, we present a 25 m2 living room with a kitchenette, where we combined functionality, modern aesthetics, and subtle elegance. We paid attention to every detail—from the ergonomic layout of the built-in furniture and a light color palette to decorative wall moldings and concealed curtain tracks that add lightness to the interior.
This space was designed for people who appreciate minimalist beauty, natural light, and practical solutions that make everyday living more comfortable.
Bright and minimalist kitchen with an island – the heart of this space
The kitchen design is based on full-height cabinetry, which allows for maximum use of space while maintaining a clean, organized look. Cabinet fronts in warm beige tones soften the interior, while the countertop and backsplash with a subtle marble pattern add elegance.
The central feature of the kitchen is a kitchen island with fluted fronts, which serves as a functional workspace and a subtle divider between the kitchen and the living area. Above the island, we installed decorative pendant lights inspired by the modern glam style.
A light-filled living room – concealed curtain tracks and pastel harmony
In the living room, we focused on maximizing natural light. The curtain tracks were concealed within a suspended ceiling, allowing the drapes to flow softly down to the floor and create a sense of lightness.
A comfortable beige sectional sofa creates an ideal place for relaxation, while a pair of coffee tables with black frames adds a modern touch to the design.
The TV area was designed as a modern media wall featuring slatted panels and a large marble-effect panel. The result is a minimalist yet luxurious look.
Decorative wall moldings – elegance that brings structure
The wall moldings play an important role here—not only decorative but also compositional. They organize the space, add a sense of class, and give depth to the otherwise simple wall layout. Combined with slatted panels and subtle LED lighting, they create an effect of cozy, harmonious elegance.
A dining area cohesive with the kitchen and living room – light and functional
The dining area was positioned in an optimal location—close to the kitchen yet fully open to the living space. A light wood dining table and upholstered chairs provide comfort, while a pendant light introduces soft, elegant illumination over the entire zone.
Natural light and a cohesive palette – the key to harmony
The entire interior was kept in a palette of beiges, whites, and natural wood. These are colors that never go out of style while providing a pleasant backdrop for everyday life. Thanks to large glazing and concealed curtain tracks, natural light highlights their soft tones throughout the day.
