“Urgent Order” – Express Mode

An order “for yesterday”? We can handle it right away — the project variant will be prepared within 5–7 business days, counted from the next business day after the client provides all required information.
In exchange for a slightly higher price, you receive priority, fast-track project delivery.

Sometimes, to seize an opportunity or meet a tight deadline, you need to act fast. Perhaps you urgently need a kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, or room design. In such situations, we meet your needs — and respond immediately.

If you can’t wait, choose the Express mode order.

  • The first project variant is delivered within 5–7 business days.

  • Subsequent variants are also delivered within 5–7 business days, counted from the next business day after the client submits feedback.

Fast Start Guarantee

For Express mode orders, we guarantee the start of work within up to 4 business days from payment and receipt of all required materials.

In practice, work often begins on the same day, as Express projects are given the highest priority.
If the designer assigned to your order has no other Express tasks scheduled earlier, the project will begin almost immediately.

If other Express tasks prevent us from starting your project within 4 business days, you will be informed immediately and:

  • the order will be assigned to another designer, or

  • it will be completed in Standard mode with a lower, standard fee.

The decision is always yours.

“Standard” Order

The completion time for each project variant in Standard mode is 10–14 business days, counted from the next business day after the client provides a complete set of required information (complete floor plan, dimensions, description of preferences, comments) and after the project has been purchased.

Possible Extensions of the Completion Time

The completion time may be extended in the event of:

  • a complex room layout,

  • the need for the client to provide additional data,

  • unforeseen circumstances (equipment or software failure, illness),

  • a vacation break — which is announced in advance.

Project Delivery Format

The client receives the first completed project (in accordance with the ordered and paid specification) in electronic form, as JPG files, sent to the provided e-mail address.
