Online Store Terms and Conditions – Fabryka Projektów

§1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store f-projektow.pl (hereinafter: the “Store”), operated by Fabryka Projektów, ul. Leśna 26E, 87-811 Szpetal Górny, Poland, Tax ID: 8882726239, phone: +48 600 237 143, e-mail: biuro@f-projektow.pl.
  2. The Store sells online interior design services and products related to interior furnishing.
  3. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is required to place an order.
  4. “Consumer” means a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
  5. These Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller.

§2. Placing Orders

  1. Orders may be placed via the form available on the website.
  2. Order fulfillment requires providing identification data and submitting materials necessary to complete the project.
  3. The information provided with the product/service at the time of placing the order is binding.
  4. Information on the website does not constitute an offer – placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

§3. Payments

  1. Current payment methods are described in the “Payment Methods” section.
  2. Project execution begins after payment has been credited and all required information has been provided.
  3. Apartment/house projects paid in two installments require payment of the second installment after receiving the first project variant.
  4. Invoices are issued electronically.

§4. Project Completion Time

  1. The standard completion time for each project variant is 10–14 business days, counted from the next business day after receipt of complete materials and payment, or after submission of comments.
  2. In Express mode, completion of each project variant takes 5–7 business days (provided comments are submitted within 4 days), counted from the next business day after submission of materials or comments.
  3. The deadline may be extended due to project complexity, missing data, technical failures, illness, or vacation breaks.
  4. The project is delivered by e-mail in JPG format.
  5. The material specification is prepared for one selected variant only and no changes are made after it is completed.
  6. Public holidays and vacation breaks are listed on the website (including: 02.05.2024, 31.05.2024, 16.08.2024, 24–31.12.2024, 18.04.2025, 02.05.2025, 20.06.2025, 10.11.2025, 29–31.12.2025, 02.01.2026).
  7. Team vacation break: 14–21 July 2025.

§5. Scope of Design Services

  1. A single-room project includes up to 3 variants and a material specification.
  2. An apartment/house project includes up to 3 variants and a specification for the entire project.
  3. Available packages:
    • 3D Project Standard – 3 variants + specification,
    • 3D Project Plus – as above + technical drawings,
    • 3D Project VIP – as above + electrical and plumbing points + custom furniture drawings.

§6. Design Process

  1. The project is prepared based on dimensions, preferences, and materials provided by the Customer.
  2. The process includes preparation of the first variant, implementation of comments in subsequent variants, and preparation of documentation according to the selected package.

Customer Verification

  1. The Customer is responsible for verifying availability, dimensions, and parameters of products from the shopping list.
  2. Visualizations and drawings are illustrative – on-site measurements must be taken before execution.
  3. The Seller is not liable for consequences resulting from the Customer’s failure to verify.

§6A. Lack of Customer Cooperation

  1. The Customer is obliged to provide data and respond to correspondence.
  2. Lack of contact for more than 60 days results in suspension of the project, termination of the agreement due to the Customer’s fault, and no refund.
  3. Resumption requires purchasing a new service.

§7. Delivery of Projects and Products

  1. Projects are delivered via e-mail.
  2. Physical products are shipped according to the information provided on the product page.

§8. Right of Withdrawal

  1. The Consumer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days, except for the cases listed below.
  2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
    1. for the provision of services if the service has been fully performed with the Consumer’s explicit consent and after being informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal;
    2. for non-prefabricated products manufactured according to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
  3. Interior design services are provided on an individual basis – by consenting to commencement before the 14-day period expires, the Consumer loses the right of withdrawal.
  4. For physical products, the Consumer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  5. The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from improper use.
  6. Refunds for physical products are made within 14 days using the same payment method.

§9. Personal Data Protection

  1. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR by Fabryka Projektów, ul. Leśna 26E, 87-811 Szpetal Górny, Poland.
  2. Data is processed for order fulfillment and for the Seller’s marketing purposes.
  3. The Customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data.

§10. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, designs, visualizations, and materials are the property of Fabryka Projektów.
  2. Copying without consent is prohibited.
  3. The Customer agrees to the publication of project excerpts in the Seller’s portfolio (without personal data).

§11. Complaints

  1. Complaints may be submitted in writing or by e-mail to: biuro@f-projektow.pl.
  2. Processing time: 14–21 business days.

§12. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

  1. The Terms and Conditions may be amended – Customers will be informed at least 14 days in advance.
  2. Orders placed before the changes take effect will be processed under the previous rules.
