Delivery Policy – f-projektow.pl
1. Type of Delivery
The f-projektow.pl store provides electronic delivery only. Ordered materials are sent to the e-mail address provided in the order or made available via a download link.
The store does not offer courier or postal delivery.
2. Delivery Time
The delivery time is equal to the completion time of the ordered project or digital materials. The standard completion time is 10–20 business days, unless the service description states otherwise.
The e-mail delivery is sent immediately after the project has been completed.
3. Delivery Cost
Electronic delivery is completely free of charge. The customer does not incur any additional shipping costs.
4. File Formats
Materials may be delivered in the form of:
- PDF files,
- JPG or PNG files,
- MP4 visualization videos,
- download links (e.g. Google Drive, WeTransfer),
- links to online visualizations.
The delivery format depends on the nature of the ordered service.
5. Failure to Receive the E-mail Delivery
If the message with the materials does not reach the customer (e.g. it is placed in the SPAM folder, blocked by the mailbox, or does not open correctly), please contact us at:
At the customer’s request, the delivery will be resent or provided in another form (e.g. as a direct link).
6. Moment of Delivery Completion
The electronic delivery is deemed completed at the moment the e-mail with the materials is sent or the download link is made available.
7. Technical Requirements
To receive the order, the customer should have:
- an active e-mail address,
- a device capable of opening PDF, JPG, PNG and MP4 files,
- internet access.
