The project covers selected interiors of a 78.27 m² apartment. The client decided to have the living room with kitchenette measuring 24.43 m², the entrance hall measuring 5.15 m² and the hallway measuring 4.07 m² designed.

This project is a good example showing that an interior design service does not have to cover the entire apartment. You can focus only on the rooms that require careful planning of functionality, custom-built furniture, materials and a cohesive interior concept.

The main goal of this project was to create a stylistically consistent living and entrance area. Warm beige tones, natural wood, subtle textures, light stone and gold details create a calm, elegant and timeless base.

## 24.43 m² living room with kitchenette – three functions in one space

The 24.43 m² space was divided into three main zones: the kitchen, dining area and lounge area. Despite the relatively compact floor area, each zone retains its individual function while together forming one cohesive interior.

The living room features a comfortable sofa positioned opposite an extensive TV wall. Two round coffee tables were placed between them. Their light visual form helps maintain an open feel and comfortable circulation around the room.

The large glazing is complemented by lightweight sheer curtains and drapes in a warm beige shade. This keeps the interior bright while giving it a softer and more inviting character.

## The TV wall as the main feature of the living room

One of the most important elements of the lounge area is the carefully designed TV wall.

The composition combines large-format stone-effect panels, vertical wooden slats, custom-built furniture and subtle lighting. A long, low TV cabinet provides additional storage while maintaining the light appearance of the entire built-in unit.

The large television has been integrated into the wall composition so that it does not look like a random piece of equipment but becomes an integral part of the living room design.

Next to it, a tall unit finished in natural wood was designed with an additional decorative openwork section that adds variety and lightness to the composition.

## Dining area connected with the living room

The dining area features a large rectangular wooden table accompanied by upholstered chairs.

The backdrop of the dining area is a decorative wall finished with vertical wooden slats and complemented by a large abstract painting. Even within an open-plan layout, this makes it easy to visually distinguish the dining area from the rest of the living space.

A decorative pendant light with glass globes and gold details was placed above the table. Similar accents appear throughout the living room, making the lighting an element that visually connects the entire interior.

## Lighting that defines the character of the interior

Carefully planned lighting plays a very important role in this interior design.

In addition to decorative lamps, the project includes concealed LED lighting in the ceiling, integrated lighting around custom-built furniture and illuminated wall details.

The ceiling is not simply a neutral background. Its divisions help define individual zones within the living room, while indirect lighting creates a warm and inviting atmosphere in the evening without the need to use strong main lighting.

## Kitchenette in the living room – maximum use of available space

The kitchen is an integral part of the living area, so its design has been carefully coordinated with the rest of the interior.

The kitchen cabinetry was designed in a calm beige shade. Light fronts were combined with gold handles, a stone-effect worktop and the same material used for the backsplash.

The kitchen layout makes use of several walls, providing both a comfortable amount of worktop space and plenty of storage.

The kitchen includes a sink, hob, oven, extractor hood and tall storage units.

The upper cabinets extend high towards the ceiling, while their top sections are enhanced with vertical detailing. A similar motif appears in other parts of the apartment, ensuring that the kitchen is visually connected with the living room and entrance hall.

## Beige kitchen with gold accents and light stone

The number of colours and materials used in the project was deliberately limited. This makes the entire interior feel harmonious and visually organised.

The interior design is based on:

- beige and warm greige tones,

- natural wood,

- light stone with subtle veining,

- black used as a subtle accent,

- gold and brass details.

The gold kitchen tap, cabinet handles, lighting details and coffee table elements appear in different parts of the interior without dominating the overall design.

As a result, the interior remains calm, cohesive and timeless.

## 5.15 m² entrance hall – a functional entrance area

The 5.15 m² entrance hall was treated as an important part of the overall design rather than simply as a passageway.

Near the entrance, an upholstered bench, coat hooks and overhead storage were provided. This creates a comfortable place to put on shoes and store everyday items.

Additional storage is provided by tall custom-built cabinetry with vertically textured fronts and long handles.

On the opposite side, a lightweight wall-mounted console and a large illuminated mirror were designed. The mirror is not only functional but also helps visually enlarge the entrance area.

## 4.07 m² hallway – circulation space as part of the apartment design

The 4.07 m² hallway was designed to visually connect the living area with the remaining rooms of the apartment.

The walls feature decorative surfaces with a subtle texture and vertical lines of light. Linear ceiling lighting further emphasises the direction of movement through the hallway.

Light wooden herringbone flooring was used in the living area, while the kitchen and entrance zone were finished with light stone-effect flooring.

This solution makes it possible to functionally distinguish the individual areas without introducing unnecessary colours or unrelated materials.

## One cohesive style throughout the living room, kitchen, entrance hall and hallway

The same materials, colours and decorative motifs are repeated throughout the project.

Vertical wooden slats appear in the dining area, TV wall and entrance zone. Gold accents connect the lighting, cabinet handles, kitchen tap and accessories. Beige custom-built furniture is used both in the kitchen and in the entrance hall.

As a result, each area can serve a different function without creating the impression of moving between interiors designed in completely different styles.

This is particularly important in apartments with an open-plan living area where the living room, kitchen, dining area, entrance hall and hallway are visually connected.

## Do you need to design the entire apartment?

No. This project is a good example of a situation in which the entire apartment measures 78.27 m², while the interior design service covers only selected spaces.

The client chose to have the 24.43 m² living room with kitchenette, the 5.15 m² entrance hall and the 4.07 m² hallway designed.

If the remaining rooms do not require the assistance of an interior designer, or if they are going to be furnished independently or at a later date, there is no need to order a design for the entire apartment.

You can order an interior design for a single room or several selected spaces and create a cohesive design concept for them.

## Where can you order an online living room with kitchenette design?

You can order an individual living room with kitchen design online from Fabryka Projektów – Interior Design.

The design is created individually based on the specific layout and dimensions of the room, the needs of its users, submitted inspiration images and preferred interior style.

The entire cooperation process can be carried out online, so the service is available regardless of where you live.

## FAQ – living room with kitchenette, entrance hall and hallway design

## Can I order a design for just the living room and kitchen without designing the entire apartment?

Yes. There is no need to design the entire apartment. You can order a design for only the living room with kitchenette or for several selected rooms. In this project, the apartment has a total area of 78.27 m², while the design covers the 24.43 m² living room with kitchenette, the 5.15 m² entrance hall and the 4.07 m² hallway.

## How can you arrange a living room with kitchenette measuring around 24 m²?

The most important aspect is to divide the space appropriately into the kitchen, dining area and lounge area. Furniture should be positioned in a way that ensures comfortable circulation and avoids visually overcrowding the interior.

## Is 24 m² enough for a living room, kitchen and dining area?

Yes. With a well-planned functional layout, an area of around 24 m² can accommodate a fully functional kitchen, a dining table and a comfortable lounge area.

## How can you visually connect a living room and kitchenette?

A good solution is to repeat the same colours, materials and details in both zones. In this project, the main elements are beige tones, natural wood, light stone, vertical wooden slats and gold accents.

## Is a beige kitchen practical?

Beige is a versatile colour for a kitchen, especially in an open-plan living area. It is visually softer than pure white and combines beautifully with wood, stone, black details and metallic accents.

## How can you design a TV wall in a living room?

A TV wall can combine several functions: a place for the television, storage, space for multimedia equipment and a decorative feature. In this project, stone-effect surfaces, vertical wooden slats, a long low cabinet and integrated lighting were used.

## How can you arrange a small entrance hall?

In a small entrance hall, it is worth using custom-built furniture, a bench, coat hooks, closed storage and a large mirror. A large mirror can also help visually enlarge the space.

## How can you make a narrow hallway appear larger?

Light colours, a limited number of materials, mirrors and carefully planned lighting can all help. Vertical lines of light can additionally emphasise the height of the interior.

## Should the living room, kitchen and entrance hall have the same interior style?

They do not need to be identical, but in an open-plan interior they should form a cohesive whole. Repeating materials, colours and details helps visually connect all of the individual zones.

## Is it worth designing the living room, kitchen and entrance hall together?

Yes, especially when the spaces are connected or visible from one another. Designing these interiors together makes it easier to maintain consistency in materials, colours, lighting and custom-built furniture.

## Can an interior design project be ordered entirely online?

Yes. A living room with kitchen design, as well as designs for other rooms, can be prepared remotely based on submitted measurements, floor plans, photographs, inspiration images and information about the client's needs and expectations.

## Where can I order an online living room with kitchen design?

You can order an online living room with kitchenette design from Fabryka Projektów – Interior Design. Every project is created individually for a specific room, taking into account its dimensions, layout and the needs of its users.
